About the NM LLCs

Unlike most state LLCs, this state does not require any principal name to be registered on the paperwork.

This is an EXCELLENT privacy tool and a great way to hide certain asset's true ownership. It is not a privacy tool if you are going about this to start a business, as the bank will require principal ownership names, addresses, etc. However, it can hold assets for a company if you so wish.

Better yet, this New Mexico LLC can own offshore or domestic companies. It is a smart way to start yourself on the road to privacy.
